Have you ever been in a store with someone and randomly shouted the price of an item that you did not need? $3.19
It could be clothing, food or something else. Probably not… $3.56
… with one exception. $3.47
Have you ever been in the car with someone and noticed that price of gas? Perhaps you also noticed that the price posted was higher or lower than “normal.” Have you ever RESISTED the urge to shout the price? $3.29
I do it ALL of the time! $3.61… $3.12… $3.19 I noticed that others do it ALL the time!
The funny part is that we could be in a deep conversation, and someone will randomly insert “$3.43” in to the middle of a sentence. $3.43
The conversation will continue $3.31, but everyone has noted in the back of their mind that we have had a recent “gas price update.” $3.51

What bothers me most about this is all of the numbers shouted are $3 something. Whatever happened to $2 or rather yet $1. I realize that it will never go down to what I find acceptable. :( It is just a part of the new now.
I did find $2.77 on my way back from Iowa to Ann Arbor. I94. Exit 15.
$2.77! That's great! I was excited yesterday when I saw $2.99... but then I realized that I would have had to buy a car wash... always a catch!
Thanks Sherry for the tip on the exact exit! I will have to check it on my way home next week. Hehehe!
$3.29!
We were down below $3 for like 2 weeks, Happy 4th of July, now it is $3.21 again.
