I Feel Sick

I have made it my own policy to not make friends at work. Sometimes I violate that rule. Today, my violation has made me sick.

My job requires me to make hard decisions. It's much easier to make the right decision when I am affecting an employee, not an employee and a friend. Now I will certainly loose an employee, and probably a few friends.

For the most part, I enjoy what I do for a living. But right now, I feel very sick.
