Family Recipe

Happy Tuesday!

Thanks to T for making our weekend interesting! Otherwise, just lounging and cooking. Not a bad combo for the last weekend of the summer.

I did take the opportunity to make a family recipe, tuna-noodle casserole.

Typically, I am not a fan of anything involving the words "tuna" or "casserole." This particular dish has both words, and I still like it!

I usually make it once per year, since I am the only one that will eat it... and by the time it is gone, I don't want to think about it for a long time.

This weekend was time for the annual event. A little late, I will admit, but tasty as ever. I added a lot of fresh veggies... a little diviation from the original, but good none-the-less.
