Tuna Noodle Casserole

In response to the request, here's the "recipe", if you want to call it that. It's not an exact science.

1 Box of noodles (Any shape will do. I prefer something in a "twist" or small "shell" to better hold the other ingredients.)
1 Can Tuna in water, drained
1 Diced Onion
1 Cup Fresh Snap Peas
1 Cup Green and /or Red Pepper
Miracle Whip (Important not to substitute)
Salt & pepper

Cook the noodles until they are really soft, almost over cooked. Soak them in cold water. Drain water and repeat until noodles are cold.
Add drained tuna, onion, peas, peppers and a large spoon full of Miracle Whip. Fold together. Add more Miracle Whip until the mixture appears too "wet."
Place in a sealed container and let it refridgerate overnight. (The noodles will absorb the extra moisture for a good texture. Additionally, all of the flavors will marinade together for a fresh taste.)
Serve cold, topped with salt and pepper to taste.
YUMMY!!!

Interesting, I didn't realize it was to be served cold. Think I might try this.
