Lake Katherine

We went for a walk yesterday at the Lake Katherine Botanical Garden… or something like that. It is a beautiful place with a waterfall, large river, wildlife, exhibits, etc. Very serene. We needed that.

With less than 3 weeks until “the big day”, there are many things that we would like to get done… some of them necessary, most of them just convenient.

As we watched the beaver build his dam and the geese play out their hierarchy, I thought about their priorities… eat, sleep, protect their young.

God has a way of reminding us what our priorities should be. Thank you.
