It's a Happy Friday not only for the usual reasons:
1. It's Friday and I have 2 days off from work.

It's a Happy Friday because:
1. The New Kids on the Block concert is tomorrow! After 20 years of waiting, my long-lost concert is upon me. I am unsure of my expectations, but I know that we'll have a good time.
2. The Chicago White Sox are in playoffs... and, if it goes to a Game 4, we have tickets! Yipee!!!
3. My boss is on vacation and out of the state for a few days.
4. It's Friday and I have 2 days off from work.
The list may not be long, but I think it's distinquished.
