Thanksgiving 2006 turned out to be especially noteworthy.
We got engaged! I get to marry my best friend! I get to spend the rest of my life with the person who makes me the happiest woman on Earth! What a beautiful and awesome thing!
There is much to be accomplished between now and May 19, 2007. All of that will happen as necessary. I am not concerned about that stuff. For now I will bask in the knowledge that he and I are on the same page, and now the rest of the World gets to witness it.
Thank you Mom, Dad and siblings for your support. Thank you to his family for inviting me in. Thank you to my fiancé for making my dreams come true.
