Hmmm… that was a good nap. I wonder if some food is in my bowl. Huh. Nothing. I want to eat. Hey, you… give me some food. I want food… please? No, how about now? Can I have some food now? If I go outside, can I have some food when I come in? I will go outside… can you please let me go outside.
Yeah… I am outside… I love outside. Why is the neighbor dog always yelling? He just yaps and yaps all day long. I don’t understand. Ok… do my business… get to eat. Finished my business… I want food now. I’ll remind them that they need to let me in so that they can give me food.
YEAH! They let me in the house. No food in my bowl. Hey! Where is my food? I went outside, now I am supposed to get food.
Oh good, you remember. Yummy food! I love food. (15 seconds later)… someone ate my food. Can I have some more? Huh, doesn’t look like it. Maybe later.
That other dog that lives here must want to play… ok. I’ll play too. He is tall when he stands up. I can be tall too… I want to win this match… pinned! I win!
Oh, not for long. He still wants to play. He can chase me for a while.
Now I want to chase him.

Great post...it is so much fun to think about what goes through a dogs mind. Plus dogs are just so much fun...seriously how can you watch a dog for five minutes and not have a smile on your face.
